What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) coconut water

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup (150 g) frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup (100 g) frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup (80 g) frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup (75 g) frozen blackberries

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3.*Optional: Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.

4. Divide your smoothie between two glasses.

5. Enjoy!

Tips

  • If you do not find all the frozen fruits, you can use a mix of frozen berries.

  • If you are using fresh fruits, add 4 to 5 large ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.

  • Instead of coconut water, you can use yogurt or milk of choice.
