Purifying Pineapple Smoothie

What You'll Need

  • Half a pineapple, cleaned and cored

  • 1 small cucumber

  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut water

  • Half a lemon, juiced

  • Optional: ice cubes

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth. If you find that your smoothie is too thick, you can gradually add more coconut water until you reach the desired consistency. Remember, everyone has different preferences when it comes to the thickness of their smoothie, so feel free to adjust it according to your taste.

 

3.*Optional: Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
