Kale Potion Smoothie

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 1/2 cups (100 ml) kale

  • 2 Tbsp green superfood or spirulina

  • 1/2 medium banana, preferably frozen

  • 2 medium Bartlett pears, cored

  • *Optional: ice cubes

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3.*Optional: Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.

4. Divide your smoothie between two glasses.

5. Enjoy!
