Holistic Nutrition and lifestyle

This has always been a genuine passion for mine! I offer support in holistic nutrition and non toxic lifestyle adjustments which means focusing on natural, whole foods, herbs, mindful eating practices, clean living and holistic routines for wellness! Don’t worry, you don’t have to give up your favorite comfort foods but we will get a bit woo woo! This approach is especially great for those dealing with chronic illnesses, weight management, hormonal issues, or emotional eating. It’s all about nourishing your body with the good stuff while keeping the fun in food and balanced! Plus adding natural, affordable and even free things to help bring harmony and balance back to your system.

Feeling stressed? I can relate and I got you. It is a part of the human experience no matter how far you are on this journey. I use a mix of mindfulness, breathing exercises, nervous system regulation and personalized lifestyle tweaks with food and adjusting your current routines to help you manage and reduce stress. It's all about finding what works best for you and making it part of your everyday life.

Suggested Rate
To ensure that my services are accessible to everyone, I offer a “Pay What You Can” model with a suggested minimum contribution:

  • Session Rate: $111.11 per session

  • Sliding Scale: $77.77 per session

  • 5 Session Bundle $475.00

  • Consultations are free
